Double Banking
If both lawns are booked at the time you want, you have two choices:
• Find an alternative date/time that is free; or
• Ring the person who made the booking (the first person named in the slot) to see if you can double-bank with them. You may be able to find their telephone number via the Users’ tab, which lists all the CourtBooking users. Alternatively, consult the WVCC Contact List. The person who has booked the lawn should agree to your double-banking if you are playing the same code (AC and GC do not mix) and if they have not already agreed to double-bank with someone else. If double-banking on that lawn is not possible, you will have to ring the owner of the other lawn to try him/her. If that doesn’t bear fruit, you will have to find an alternative date/time.
By implication, if you have booked a lawn and receive a call from someone who wishes to double-bank, you should allow them to do so if they are playing the same code.
